The information in this section is compiled from companies and organizations who are members and or participants of the Kansas One-Call Utility Notification Center. Whereas "Notification center" means the statewide communication system operated by Kansas One-Call which receives and records notification of planned excavation in the state of Kansas from excavators and disseminates such notification of planned excavation to operators who are members and participants.
